Basically, if you're already paying ~$14 for those 7 extra retainers, but you want just one more, you have to pay ~$5 for the companion app and then another ~$2 for the extra retainer. * using the app on a device with a screen smaller than 5 inch may result in display issues. To ease quest difficulty and grinding, it would be a good idea to bring along a chocobo companion into battle.

Last i heard, the premium app fee was going to be monthly, but i'm not sure if that's old information or what. Include the extra retainer, not just allow you the option to buy.
